Why is this ASMR? It’s so calming. If you were that behind on your pedicure. Honey I’m way behind on mine. I have no drill but do I have to use all the other older tools. The four way buffer, the foot wash and glycerin peels, the nail file hook. Yeah very old school. Cause I haven’t priced the drill bits. Looks like that’s next.

You gotta try the Dr. Scholl’s glass paddle. GAME CHANGER!!! I have very dry cracked feet in the winter and thick calluses. The paddle works so well but be careful. I have a tendency to get overzealous and get raw spots but nothing has gotten my feet baby smooth except for the glass paddle.

when you use the drill bit, is the drill physically touching your nail bed or is it hovering? when i use mine im not sure if im supposed to have the drill touching my nail or horizontally if its supposed to hover and only touch the cuticle area at like an angle. hope this makes sense LOL

its not for the diamond bits but the first one is. it specifically lifts the cuticle without damage. all subsequent bits i actually tuck slightly under the proximal nail fold so its exfoliate the cuticle from that area where it meets the finger and not the nail. the goal is to never touch the nail because that bit will file it away causing “rings of fire” that become very noticeable as your nail grows out. the only other time i touch the nails is when i purposely want to file the surface, like i did with that large ball bit (which is extremely fine and removes very little) this video may gelp. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5asaIaGbdqKnc0si=XpbWD3v-q6tCN8m4 it explains each step, what im using, and what im doing with it.

i think theyre great. with the right nail glue and proper care, they can last just as long. i hear this is the best glue to use bit.ly/4cMU6ft. id also recommend filing to customize the fit to your natural cuticle shape. you can get blanks and just paint them yourself for different looks. the only thing u wanna be mindful of is not buffing your natural nail too much/at every application so it doesnt get thin & sensitive. and u can remover them by soaking in hot soapy water or use a remiver like this one amzn.to/4atcIio
