I'm allergic to seafood. I found out frosty lipstick and gloss often have a seashell ingredient that my lips hate. Every now and then I slip up and buy something that doesn't agree with my lips. And then my lips get irritated for a day or two. They peel like crazy once healed.

I also suffer from cheilitis, but I’ve been able to reduce flares by identifying the following triggers; consuming acidic foods, ie lemon/tomatoes - as they tend to irritate the skin around the mouth, wind burn, licking my lips - I tend to do this a lot during the winter😅 and lastly, using products that have fragrance and alcohol. I love your videos by the way, all the best ❤

I feel like I always get so dry there, and I saw in this video you're using sort of an emery board with 210 on it - where can I get that? Thank you for your videos, you've inspired me to do my own nails at home and I am so much more satisfied with the results now

i generally remove the excess skin with the cuticle nippers and follow up with a nail file to polish the skin to ensure its smooth, but u can definitely just use the file to exfoliate without cutting. for that id recommend using a 180 grit first then the 240 grit after as shown here. u can find them at any beauty supply store or if u prefer to shop online, i really like this set (amzn.to/3Zyahrb) which also comes with sponge files for buffing. love that for u. theres nothing like getting what u want, and not having to pay for bs 😅

16:03 I had gotten contact dermatitis around my mouth really bad from my toothpaste containing SLS Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Its in a lot of mainstream toothpaste brands that foam a lot since SLS is a very popular foaming agent (also in some shampoos and body washes) but there is a Sensodyne Extra Whitening Cool Mint toothpaste that allows me to have the whitening without the SLS ingredient. Take a look into SLS! I have sensitive skin so maybe its just me!

its an ingrown toenail clipper. looks like cuticle nippers just much bigger. regular clippers are good too, i just used to have difficulty finding ones that were straight across and not curved, so I prefer these for that reason plus gripping them is more comfortable and i can more clearly see what im doing.

Try out different frequencies to figure out how often is enough to maintain smooth skin or prevent those skin conditions. Sea salt and sugar scrubs dissolve I I find that easier to not overdo it. I would recommend a nice bath. Stay in,soaking until the dead skin starts to easily rub off, then do a full body scrub. My preference is sugar scrubs at LUSH so I can recycle the packaging. By the end, my soles are wrinkly and I polish them with a body scrub that doesn’t dissolve in seconds oui the people and then a glass foot file on the callous-prone big toe. *slather on lotions and the butters afterwards. That is something for weekly or semi-weekly at the most. sometimes I like an exfoliant that lasts longer like oui the people. The I don’t get KP fr, but ingrown hair responds to body scrubs bidaily for me.

@@abetweene Hello thank you for you reply! :) I am only doing manual exfoliation with an exfoliating glove and i go to get my legs sugar waxed professionally. Shaving was bad for my hair (to thick and too much quickly growing hair) and ingowns too. I didn't always have problems when i started sugar waxing but this year/last year idk what happend it seems that so many of hair follicles are inflamed.. :( i also did pick on them cause i want to get the hairs out 😥

@@Maverickgouda Hey thank you very much i will look into Lush sugar scrub but i never felt that those were strong enough but i willl try to be consistent, and sadly i dont have a bath tub :(
@Maverickgouda
@Maverickgouda 9 күн бұрын
@@Akichinay584 you are so welcome! The sugar scrub from the video is probably equal to anything I’d pick up from a shelf if you want to make it yourself to give it a try. I think sugar is a little hydrating and good if you are concerned about over exfoliating, because it dissolves. If you want more polished than that, maybe choose less soluble exfoliant like coffee grounds, ingredients including bamboo powder, or rice powder (gentle enough for face). I don’t think my bikini line ingrown hair is prevented by sugar scrub, but it does make my limbs smoother. How bold of me assuming everyone has a tub. Bath people really are a minority nowadays, but I believe you can get a similar effect by the end of a hot or warm shower re:Korean spa exfoliation where they get the dead skin softened with hot water or steam. It can really take some energy to do all of that. Beware of folliculitis if problems coincide with waxing and if you do get into chemical exfoliation, be mindful of ingredients and limit the number of exfoliants whether physical or chemical

Just wanted to say that you more than likely have an irritation bump on your piercing. Keloids are a genetic condition and are pretty rare to develop. They can only be removed by a doctor so the massaging wouldn't do anything anyway That spray you're using is actually pretty poor quality, it has too many unnecessary additives in it. You want to use a sterile saline with only 0.9% sodium chloride in the ingredients. Neilmed does a really good spray. Base Laboratories has extremely questionable products so I wouldn't reccomend them at all
