Hi, I consider to do the same build but as I have sound recording to do (same room) I wonder if this build is a bit noisy or not. There are nuc akasa intersting build to do also. Thanks !

The vega 56 is the noisiest part. if you dont need gpu power for sound editing leave out vega and its quiete. the cpu fans never even have to speed up to keep the cpu cool at full load never goes above 75c

would be even better if you could get the front panel water cut with the apple logo into the case along with the translucent panel milled to match and fill the case panel then a backlight behind and bam its a mac pro

Dear Madam, there is now Bluetooth 5.x and Intel wife AX201 Kexts available, no need to change the WiFi card the he build the computer in Jan 2020
