You forgot about the F1 Challenge 99-02 which is a Legend and with isimotor/gmotor engine with features like quasi dynamic weather and drying racing line was light years ahead in its days. It is father of all latter sims designed on gMotor engine like rFactor, SimBin games, Automobilista etc.

F1 2003 on PS2 was so hard to play when I was a kid. Steering had huge understeer and a sudden oversteer at few moments. I actually still can't keep up the pace in that game today... :/
