Can we talk about the actual sizes of gaps, drops, and 32 feet/second²... Do you guys actually measure anything?, it would be good to get some distances so we can recreate some of these at home, like for instance, what is average standing long jump for a professional traceur?

It’s funny to watch this video 15 years later and to see myself as one of the very first people to do this gap after David and Yamakasi guys. Me and my friends from Poland jumped it back in 2006/07. Back then things were a little different, there were very little videos about Parkour so every thing we did was unknown and we had to break physical and mental barriers every time we jumped. I’m glad that Paul Maunder made this nice video so we can go back to it and smile a bit :) We made our video from that trip as well and I think it’s still on YT somewhere, just type in Polish trip to Lisses. Thanks for bringing good memories mate !

Aside the physical ones we face in parkour we should let it bleed into our lives.
