Shao Kahn’s laugh in the original is amazing! His scenario and music in MK2 are just perfect, you know how powerful he is just by looking for the people rooting for him and the music is fantastic and overpowering like Shao Khan himself and Kintaro!

Reason why this happned mainly is Arcades. The Main Boss was meant to eat up Quarters so he was cheap and very powerful. Now that we favor game story and arcades are thing of the past no need to make him Cheap and powerful.
