Tools for excavating....unless your a contractor (bulldozers and backhoes), farmer (tractors, disking) or, forestry harvesters (skidders, ditching machines). Yet a hobbyist who picks up a point from the exposed ground, and destroys nothing, risks prosecution from bs laws you lobbied for. Why don't you do something about the destructive activities like useless construction to satisfy someone's ego or trophy wife, forestry and agriculture?
