Inside of Auschwitz Concentration Camp, there were a number of terrifying and ruthless guards who at the end of the Second World War were executed for their crimes. Heinrich Josten was a man who responsible for the deaths of thousands as he took part in the selections and he also was seen punishing prisoners. At the end of the war he was brought to the Auschwitz Trials and he was sentenced to death. Inside of a Polish Prison's execution chamber in Krakow, Josten was executed alongside many other guards of the deadliest concentration camp.

My gorgeous and stoic mother who was sadly traumatized for life as a young Hungarian woman from what she experienced and saw as a holocaust survivor. As a child I was exposed to the horrors of ww1 and ww2 by documentaries. Young people today have no idea how cruel humans can be by choice. The holocaust happened and it may happen again. last year my daughter and i went to auschwitz, ummm, it was very quit and serene, we had radio headphones given to us, and the lady tour guide took us around using the radio mic, which i thought was very touching, and respectful, just as a side note the auschwitz camp you see is only a third of what the german high command had planed, they intended to expand the camp on either side by the same amount as what you see when they fly over in a plane !!!
