About Dr. Tony Prensa
Dr. Prensa is a highly accomplished executive and leader in project management office (#PMO), project/#portfolio management, and information systems and technologies. He holds a Doctorate in #OrganizationalLeadership with a major in #InformationSystems and Technologies and is a Certified PMO Professional, Certified Project Management (#PMP), and ITILIV certified.
With extensive experience managing and overseeing large information systems projects/programs, #strategicplanning, and seamless #I implementations, he adeptly reengineers business processes and manages change and IT infrastructure to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth within the organization.
Dr. Prensa is an excellent communicator with strong influencing and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated track record of delivering multiple technical and business projects on time and within budget. He is proficient at ensuring all processes comply with regulatory requirements and IT governance practices. With his strong leadership skills, he has successfully led team members and external business contacts, including stakeholders such as consultants, partners, and vendors.
Dr. Prensa has over 25 years of teaching experience in various formats, including face-to-face and virtual. He has taught project management and management for several universities in USA and oversea. Dr. Prensa has helped hundreds of project management professionals prepare for the PMP exam.

❤ What a great interview! I personally found it really helpful (once I had attuned my ear to his accent). Such a human human. He spoke with integrity and understanding and clearly knows his stuff.
