Whenever I heard that lord of wolves dropped from the spider bounties, I thought it only dropped from the big weekly bounty, and didn’t realize it dropped from all the bounties. Took twice as long for me to get lord of wolves than it needed to.

As far as I remember, there was a bug related to dropping LoW in forsaken. If you've been completed all Spinder bounties that week and claimed all of them one after another pretty fast, the gun could drop. It worked for me and all of my friends at that time

Lord of Wolves is what let me do Shattered Throne on release just for the add clear in the final phase. Failing to clear all of the taken psions on spawn was the only thing that was stopping us the first few attempts, but swapping to Lord of Wolves made that very easy.

Funny part is I remember My 1st exotic drop was the Lord of Wolves in my 2nd story mission and I shelf’d it! Went into the crucible one day (during season of the drifter) and was getting wrecked by it!
