I agree with your points, I hear my dad constantly say there is no money there, but there is when you look at realestate prices, you just have to look pass the old mentality and provide a service that ppl will pay for.

Exactly, They are still thinking like communists, thinking there is no opportunity. Infact most of the services here or unsaturated compared to westernised countries

just found your channel mate and you are the only one in croatia that i have seen from the UK and it looks amazing, i was looking at moving to the balkan area and was looking at bulgaria, slovenia or croatia. and i think that croatia looks more developed and has better prospects. how are the prices over there for properties and living costs ?

hey man, yeah not many Brits here yet. Croatia is a good call when living in the Balkans for sure. maybe spend 3 months in each country before you decide! Bulgaria, Bosnia & Serbia will be the cheapest. Cro depends on where you buy if you want to be near the sea it comes with a price tag but if you live up north you can pick up a properrty very cheap
