@@moery2435 Although Both the Dutch and the Belgians were among the first nations participating in the development of the F-16. The Beglians were the largest initial buyer of the F-16. Though it would be nice to see at least a Dutch skin or something. Because, although the G.I. is a new plane etc., it isn't fair that most planes in the tech tree are rendered 'Belgian'. Even though, for most of the time post WWII, the Dutch and the Belgians used mostly the same aircraft. And we currently both protect each other's airspace. I also think not adding the Fokker D.XXI to the BeNeLux tech tree is strange, given that it is a Dutch aircraft. The Fokker D.XXIII would have been a nice addition as well, as it is quite a unique plane. But I get that it would be a hastle for a low tier plane which didn't leave developmental stages.

@@moery2435 Because 1: The RNLAF was one of the first to participate in the MLU program. 2: Dutch specialist were greatly involved in the program. 3: The RNLAF was deeply involved in the testing of the aircraft. 4: The Netherlands had a leading role in the program. 5: The Netherlands F-16 fleet was relatively large. I won't deny it was a joint program, but to make it a Belgium plane was not fair imo.

@@yossaphatkhamrat4708 they don’t really even need one there’s a couple vehicles that would solve their problems at top tier, the Swiss f18 would be a could multi role allowing for cas as well as air to air ability, or an Austrian f16 would do the same or just adding a tornado with brimstones would solve the cas problem. Currently their cas is lacking and the f4fICE isn’t a competitive fighter atm, and I’d take a solution for either problem at this point but I can’t wait to probably just get a random prop next patch while the US gets the f18

neat thing is, in a dogfight the Cs engine can actually afford it a win over the AM, but only if you've got all the time and space in the world to bring it into a vertical high speed ratefight. the AM even with the best possible energy management will eventually end up 150-200km/h slower at the apex of a vertical turn than the C will with the same piloting. the engine on the C is just so much more of a powerhouse otherwise, the AM- which is like roughly a ton lighter than the C- will practically rinse it in most other ways. i love matchups like that because it makes the C feel more gratifying to dogfight with correctly

Both Belgian F-16's got Dutch marketplace skins. The Dutch airforce is separate from the German one. Some transport aircraft work together with the German ones under a NATO cooperation, but the Dutch airforce is nowhere near integration with the german one. This is the same level of 'integration' as the QRA BeNeLux mission carried out by both the Belgian and Dutch airforce.

Personally, I prefer the C in air for the radar HMD and the ability to carry 6 missiles with the additional CM, but I think the AM is better in ground simply because it gets the option to mount a MAW. Apparently some national guard units were looking into buying those MAW pylons so maybe f16c will get them and become better in ground too but for now MAW is pretty useful in ground

@@dragoneye0979 The RWR mounted on the Belgian F-16AM, the CARAPACE, should also be better and detect C-K bands. And you might already have guessed why that is important, as that would allow it to pick up the tracking radar of the Pantsir (K-band) and consequently give launch warnings. Not sure if the MAW works from 15km+ away, so depending on that, it might be not as crucial. There's also the fact that it can detect the D-band, which is required for picking up the Roland search radars. Never liked how the F-16C can't detect that, whereas the older ALR-69 RWR mounted on (earlier) F-16As could (alas, it's realistic).

Trying to shoot down SU-25SM3 with Israeli Chaparral, when it had smokeless motors was instantly greeted with Sus ejaculating all the flares in sufficient quantity and pattern to overwhelm Stinker combined IRCCM seeker.

It’s really unfortunate that gaijin decided to artificially nerf it. IRL the f16am can use HMD for the radar and the countermeasures/maw pods work with any armament. (So you should be able to use the maw pods with aim-120 and AGM-64). I have already made bug reports for them but gaijin has decided to ignore them for now. It also sucks that is Belgian and not Dutch, because the Dutch had more f16 and used them for just as long as the Belgians.

The f16c is also a lot faster, even tho it’s a little bit worse in a dogfight, the extra engine power makes a massive difference especially at altitude, so bvr the f16c is miles better since it’s faster, has a better radar, and more cm, but the f16am is a bit lighter so will be better in a dogfight but also doesn’t have hmd, so I think the f16c is a better jet

Question: Have you ever tried f16am with a countermeasure pod and then switch to tws. If you haven't, try it, IDK if it's a bug or anything, but with the countermeasure pod and tws, enemy plane scanned by your radar will just appear on your screen.

Also I think the reason benelux is in French tree is so you can play as the Netherlands against the Nazis, it wouldn't be fun if you wanted to play the fokker against Nazis but you had to play with them.

i still cant phatom that France got the benelux tree like excuse me? But since the Dutch F-16 is not added i hope they give us the Dutch F-16BM for germany. This also sets the future lineup to be pretty decent and competetive especially if we get the Swiss F-18 and eventually the F-35 as well both the dutch and german version next to the F-16BM and eurofighter. But it will probably end up in that Other nations get 40 different eurofighter versions and we get stuck with a ground strike version for the first year like usual... MiG-29G still missing the R-77 as well while still getting pushed into 13.7 Fox 3 spam. At this point the Mig-29A is actually in a better spot at 12.7 since you either get down tiers allot or stay at your own tier as you rarely get into 13.7 because of the murica 120 spam matches
