Wise words at the end of the video... We're just temporary keepers of these cars. I'll remember that.

My grandfather, Mr John H Clarke worked for Hudson from 1922 until 1953. He was Hudsons top tax accountant and was head of accounting from 1948 till he retired. He took us on vacation from Detroit to SanDiego in 1953. that was a wonderful trip. He had a 1951 convertible with the burgundy leather Upolstry. Glad to see someone's keeping the Hudson name alive.

Your grandpa’s story would be great in our WTN Hudson Club publication!

Bill Albright, what an amazing vision to have recognised the unique characteristics and history of the marque and make it his life's work to preserve all things Hudson. Respect from a like minded Hudson owner in South Africa where the once plentiful have become exceedingly rare.

Such a classy car,,,miss my 51 for sure..my uncle worked for the Hudson Motor Car company in Detroit for years,,eventually handed the 51 car down to me and it was called the Blue Bomb in High School,,hate to admit but I drag raced it then and held my own against many a V-8 and was pretty much undefeated. Thanks for the video...RWB

@estesoyojajaja the convertibles that he showed were for sale. His place was and probably still is THE place to get Hudson parts in the U.S.
