I've listened to a lot of metal over the years and there's been a lot of guitar solos by legends like John Petrucci and Kirk Hammett, but I swear on my life the outro solo on this song is the most beautiful thing I've ever heard

I'm Catholic and personally I love The Faceless and I always take in other people's views but I always stick with mine. It doesn't really matter to me. I listen to a lot of bands that contradict religion and I'm like whatever I dont care. Good music and good lyrics. But not to be offensive or anything but most atheists aren't like that but neither are most Christians but whatever's keep it up The Faceless I've loved you guys for a good 4 years now.

I have enjoyed this song, thanks to a person who just posted about it in a Facebook group. He put in the lyrics there as well. You should add them to the description. An atrophied frame by an impotent rapture sustained A God you will truly never see "Thou shalt" unfurling in the wind Rising above with an "I will" The shrouded impulse of your self preservation A flash of the fearful wickedness inside Phantoms dreamt to life by the desperately lost Despisers of life bound in other worldly hopes

People who watched the video of The Faceless stealing riffs, let's mention Keene's influences are Extol and Opeth. The Devin Townsend thing is pretty similar, but they made a kind of mix, wehich for I guess is something different, they recombined two awesome elements. But well, congrats to The Faceless, this band brought one of 2012's best albums

I don't get why some people are complaining about this album, I personally think its one of their best albums, and don't start with the whole fan boy shit because they are not even my favorite band. The first album was good, but not great, and then they released Planetary Duality which blew my mind away. I thought they could not make a better album than PD, but then they released Autotheism and I think this is a move in the right direction. I personally love this album.
