truly impressive build, i love that neon green glas cube. I would greatly appreciated it if you could lay in a word for vanilla walkthrough connectors. Currently, airtight player build configurations need a merge block, but that one just keeps messing things up. It's also inconvenient and primitive even in comparison to the good old Apollo Docking Mechanism.

I literally went on the workshop TODAY to find larger hangar doors. I nearly always play in space, but never bother with interiors. Im trying to change that, but custom doors for stations become stations themselves

Not being able to use your helmet is such an interesting challenge. I think it kinda forces you to play the game more realistically by making your ship's and structures human safe.

GDI really did get the GDI feel for their space stuff. Even though there isn’t much of it (curse you EA), it looks very accurate.

The asteroid base was probably one of the coolest builds on the server. With a no-helmet server, you'd think people would've built more colonies on Earthlike.

I would imagine a lot of small screw ups that become big screw ups when you suddenly depressurize a ship, or cannot reach it at all. Normally the Factorum base lasts over 2 hours, but with so much spawning around the areas that time could have been massively cut down. Clearly the devs didn't consider people being unable to leave their ship. A mod that makes space suits simply less capable would probably make more sense than this.

my thoughts the same. something like buffs players for being in a pressurized area and debuff players in vacuum.

I use a mod called Survival Reborn: Spacewalk. It makes your jetpack less powerful, consumes more hydrogen and doesn't refill while on. It's also almost useless in natural gravity.

That was awesome. I was playing on that server about a month ago. And then my 10 year old DSL router went kaputt. My ISP was like "You connect to us with that thing?... Uhmmmmm... can we make a new contract with all new hardware.... starting on October the 29th?" 🤨

Relatable, I also used to add every MES mod to my server and then get constantly harassed by NPCs

I HAD to remove the corruption combat one for MES. But if you really want a challenge without the enemy feeling cheaty, the DRA faction has some well built and large ships to really challenge you.

@@Erik_Ice_Fang Which MES mod / faction is DRA? I couldn't find it on the workshop with Steam's lackluster search. I have a ton of other MES mods, but none called DRA.

@dakaodo "Delta Rim Encounters". There are two versions, a weaponcore version and a separate one that uses a more stand alone weapons mod. They attack bases like the Reavers or Orks, but are much tougher

@Xocliw to be clear(er), it's a lot of creative content made to be used in a survival setting. I think the ships built there are beautiful.
