These two were so cute together. The way they always stood together after this one conversation. She never left his side. Even after knowing anyone could be a pod. I also love their imperfections on screen. Today all actors and actresses look too perfect. The stars of the 70s and 90s were still beautiful and handsome, even with crooked teeth or scars. I miss that.

I absolutely loved "The Faculty". It's a shame it got so much bad press after the Columbine shootings. To me, this is one of them most touching, best performances in a Teen movie, during a decade known for cheesy, overdramatic, and superficial teen movies.

@@aengor Interesting. I'm American but I didn't realize this movie got bad press after Columbine either. If I had to guess, I'd guess maybe because there are a couple scenes where the kids have a gun. They point it at each other when they snort the powder stuff and I think they shoot the even alien-principal at one point. It's very very different than what happened at Columbine (and it's very different than the real mass shootings that still seem to be getting worse here in the States), but if I had to guess, maybe after Columbine just the image of young people and guns (especially in a school context) freaked people out. I think the movie that actually inspired the Columbine shooters might have been "The Matrix", but there were a few movies from that decade that featured imagery that reminded folks of Columbine and faced a lot of backlash. "The Faculty" is one of my favorite movies, though, with a good moral theme despite its dark imagery, which is also the case with some other great 80s and 90s movies like "Heathers" and "Disturbing Behavior".

I don't remember it getting bad press. Maybe it's because I don't watch the insane Iefty news or pay attention to the insane people on the Ieft that scream about gun violence. The same people that promote kiIIing a baby in the womb are the same people that whine about guns. More Human lives have been snuffed out in the womb.

i was rewatching this movie the other night and thought the same thing! i remember watching this movie in middle school and being so excited for the freedom this movie showed high school to be, only for high school to be nothing like this. super strict, militant, you have to be accounted for constantly.. and then i realized this movie came out the summer before colombine… that shooting ruined so much freedom for high schoolers.

She makes this movie make up department contoured her face and nose and powder and highlight so well remember seeing this years ago just put it on my phone will never delete it stokely is the best i contour my nose face and all that since my late twentys primer is a must so is podwer makeup can do so much wonders clea is always amazing looking as stokely shes the reason i love this and yes i dress like her late reply but these are characters you feel are so real!!!!! Still a great movie to this day!!!! Love Delilah also just the characters are so real like you can connect with them i hope a sequel is made very excited fkr the new scream if the new scream why not a sequel to the faculty!!!!
