Spot on! They stink. Their charity is on charity watch due to shady business. The delinquency was due to not receiving Paperwork stating how they received and spent donations. Also a nominal registration fee. They sent them a notice last year that is was delinquent. Then they sent notices for 6 months to the 2 heads and their 2 highest level employees. Then they put out 2 ridiculous excuses about a check and an extension and then an outright lie that nothing was wrong in the first place and then one last lie about them having a check( not a chance that there is a check # attached. It would have been a wire transfer.)but not processing it….So. It wasn’t nothing. It is shady business.
