Following the disaster at Sittang River, the 17th Indian Division pulled back for rest and reorganisation, occupying positions along the main road leading to Rangoon. The Japanese 15th Army followed them closely, and within days after the battle at Sittang Bridge, a battle for Rangoon would begin.

Indeed! The kind of content that you provide is very hard to find on KZbin or even the internet in general. I love the narration and the intense attention to details and actual verifiable facts. Not some of the revisionist garbage that is so prevalent. So thank you very much for all you do because I know what goes into it. I was a video editor for years and yeah it's a lot of work! So good job man!

Tne British had terrain to their advantage. Japanese should had never crossed the river. Poor leadership by the commanders in charge. That is why they were replaced.
