i don't know if you watched agents of shield but cap, nat, and sam just stopped the helicarriers, hydra wasn't gone until season 5 of agents of shield but we still encountered them again in agents of shield season 7.

@@jiyaparikh785 well you're right..my mistake...but at that time helicarriers seemed bigger than the other missions AOS dealt with hydra...correct me if I'm wrong

@@captainamericafan2698 yes you're right, at THAT time, the helicarriers were a much bigger problem, but later in the series there were other problems that AoS dealt with that were bigger than the helicarriers.
