It was made by Salford Tech's Media Production/Performance depts... I think Hilary was mates with Mark. That's my friends Tanya, Giselle and Kerry on the boat...loads of us popped up to Heaton Park for the filming/fair that day/night. Watch the vid for Shift Work and you'll see Marvel Superstar, Benedict Wong. We were all 'regulars', in The Brewery and The Black Horse (rip). Btw, I recently discovered some the long lost 24-track masters of the Shift Work lp, mislabelled, when the former Fon Studios were doing a clearout, and I'm happy to report they've now been reunited with the band/label. I've implored Simon and Grant to do a remix, get rid of all that crappy 80s reverb that's smothered all over it.

@@curiositytax9360 That's now in the hands of Mr Smith's estate, but, yep... there's plenty that could be done to many a Fall lp to get rid of some of the OTT shiddy (mainly drum) reverbs. What we used to think was hip just clouds the picture.... but maybe that's what Mark intended?
