Thank you again. I find myself watching each video twice, don't know if you can tell. Can't catch all the tips in one viewing. I need to tell you as I tell all whom I have subscribed to is that I am not and haven't been getting bell notifications. The only way I can tell is by minutes passed from a new upload. Lots of Patriot uploads are being missed, I'm not the only one.

@@attorneysteve actually it can be a lot complicated especially for us self-litigated. Especially when a superior court judge has refused to recuse herself for cause.

Attorney Steve the term harm is this the same as legal injury and if so if someone was caught naked in there backyard could the injury be there dignaty? Also does the 4th amendments right to be left alone as first mentioned in OLMSTEAD VS U.S. apply to both public and private parties. Great video Steve thanks again.

Tim Miller harm &injury are 2 separate legal terms. IE in CA no $ remedy for Emotional Injury etc Harm is different can be substantiated via Evidence IE As he says Burden of Proof

I'm being harassed here on youtube. The uploader has made several false light posts and videos. To prove false light do they need to use my Legal name or is my youtube handle enough? In addition he has uploader false information about me for the last six months. Other than submitting privacy violation complaints what language do I need to use to get youtube to so something about it?

The standard is actual malice after Hill. I don't think negligence suffices.
