This was interesting. Especially the entity. Because if you listen closely you can see that the spirit of the dead daughter had a mind as well, giving the being emotion. It liked protecting George from "monsters" but when the experiment started the entity started to break, as if it had a mind and it's mind was breaking from being locked up. The entity was already hurt/sad that she was dead but still had goodness in her for George. But started going crazy and killed George because it started to feel jealousy towards George being alive and the little girl not. She saw her self as still some what part of the family even though she was dead. So in short her mind broke just like the others.

I know she's not real and just very well written but I admire the hell out of Maya. She kept herself sane through the whole experiment, even through the death of her brother and mother, the constant abuse of her father and his subsequent death. That's admirable as FUCK if you ask me I was rooting for her the whole time and when the part where she "snapped," I got upset like, shit, I wanted her to make it. And she did so yay :D The only thing that confuses me is when the doctor said that he was the brown thing in the closet. I don't understand that

Tsk, he was filming George from the closet. So, that means they probably killed the dad. Or the dad killed himself without knowing it.

This story really made me imagine what kind of horrible experiments might possibly be going on that the public will never know about. It's an awful thought but how do we really know what our governments could be doing behind closed doors and for what possible purposes? These are the kinds of stories that keep me awake at night because somewhere, things like this might possibly be actually happening.

Or perhaps it resented George for being the twin that survived. It resented the father for killing her. And resented shanton for trapping the others?
@princess__error96814 жыл бұрын
The presence it the closet, which was the twin sister of George, was telling George to kill Dr. Shanton, and was mentioning Dr. Shanton to the father as the presence I guess tortured him for a little bit.
@BandidFourLife4 жыл бұрын
I say it called the presence evil because it caused George to kill himself and who knows what it did to the father. And remember that Maya found what George wrote down? It said don't go into the closet, thus meaning something bad is there.

I remember this narration back in 2019 and was glad that the concept of this story couldn't happen now; the idea of being trapped inside your own home, always in close proximity to family members & not being allowed to leave your home was such a surreal horror to think about. I don't understand why that kid didn't bleed out totally. And if by some miracle he managed not to, that hand would immediately begin to die without blood supply, to the point it would just be an infected strip of skin and wrist with a rotting hand sewed onto it. I doubt he'd last long enough for that though. Like, forget the initial injury- the pain of that open, infected flesh constantly rubbing against another surface would be horrific.... until he died from the fevered infection days later.
@lemonjuice83933 жыл бұрын
Well, a severed limb can survive or at least be preserved for up to 12 hours. I'm not too sure about the blood part either.. a severed limb and the stump bleeds more than youd expect. The narrator says that maya did a good job for someone who's not a medical professional.. but I dont think that a 15 year old would think to sew vessels and unseen veins together INSIDE the wrist.. but I do know that you can see a finger back onto a hand without doing that that, and have about a 50/50 chance it wont rot and fall off. It would be very painful though, and you also need a drainage tube from inside the limb to drain the fluid that cannot travel very efficiently through the two peices.. owch 😣
