This bread can be baked at home anytime and the ingredients are super simple!

Greetings to all subscribers and guests of my channel!
Today I made beautiful and very tasty buns with jam.
I recommend everyone to bake buns according to this recipe!
After all, they are very tasty!
Let us begin!
200 ml warm milk.
Mix 1 egg + egg yolk.
2 tablespoons sugar.
6 g dry yeast.
Mix all added ingredients thoroughly.
450-500 g wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Stir gently.
50g butter.
Write in the comments which country you are from.
This is very interesting to me.
Cover with cling film and let the dough rise. About 1 hour.
The dough rose well!
Divide into 6 equal parts.
Roll each part into a ball.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Roll out each piece lightly with a rolling pin.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix the egg yolk with 3 tablespoons of milk.
Make a small indentation as shown in the video.
Raspberry jam.
Orange jam.

Hermoso este pan, yo hago casi la misma masa, pero se trenza y le ponemos crema pastelera, nada mas que le llamamos masa de leche o ,masa mantequilla, lo aromatizamos con canela y garam masala

Danke! Gutes Rezept. Das Backen ist abgeschlossen. Die Marmelade darin ist noch heiß, aber sie wird hart. Eine davon ist bereits aufgegessen, der Teig ist mäßig süß. Drei Füllungen: Blaubeeren, Kirschen, Hüttenkäse. Aus Kyiv.
