Being French ! It seems a lot of recipes are coming our way. Never saw, neither ate this kind of pudding. What's more, I grew up in a restaurant, the cooks never prepared something like that. Strawberries tart : yes, Fraisier : yes. And then the best fresh strawberries with, when you can afford, some fresh cream, sugar and why not a dash of Grand Marnier. Those are French cooking recipes and many others. In cooking, French is a word that sells .
