13:22 Citroën BX 4TC(?), looks like 1986 group B rally car. Does a bit different donuts later at 13:42. But that is not the tyres. Might need a new head gasket. Or a turbo, possibly too much oil in the engine, or something. Pity I cannot tell by the smell the fumes as I've got a crap computer. More action here than Lotus + Porsche 75 Anniversary. Cool vids.
