Cheers, Joe! It's great to see you have some more Fidens in your fridge or spilt on the table, haha. I totally agree with you: just because a beer grows in volume, it doesn't mean it should be less sought after. I have buddies who used to dig deep into the secondary market for Fidens, and now they spend an arm and a leg for Brujos. I understand hype's role in buying decisions, but beer-wise, I find it silly to overlook Fidens and spend double on other stuff. I also agree on the dryness. For me, most of Fiden's water profile will be on the acidic side, and it will finish dry, not bitter. Cheers, Joe!

LMAO! At least more made it into my glass, haha! Yeah, I get the hype, but when you peel everything back, sometimes it's not worth it. I don't mind throwing down some cash here and there to try the latest and greatest, but chasing that dragon = it never ends. I agree about the Fidens finish, though. More dry than bitter, for sure. Yeah secondary prices are insane for Brujos atm and ppl won’t trade it for Troon either. Helps to have good trading partners in PNW. Lookout for Fidens dropping a 💣🔥next week. Cheers

@@averagejoe716ppl would prefer to make quick buck over trading their cans. You need to try Fidens TIPAs if you can get some. They recently released Placing Flowers which might be one of their 🐐. But one being brewed for next week might be a contender for that 👀

I've had one "Murky IPA" from Pure Project and it was pretty solid. Curious to see what you think about 'em, Billy. Fidens is great, just wish they were a bit easier to acquire. Cheers, man!

Honestly, looking back at the pour, it's relatively harmless compared to the aftermath. Kind of wild. This is most definitely delicious, and if/when you can grab some Fidens, I'm sure you'll understand the hype. Definitely worthy of it, IMO. Cheers, brother!

I just watched it again and you’re right you poured it perfectly normal to generate a decent head. Weird! Yeah I’m sure it definitely lives up to the hype. Maybe one day they’ll get to the point where they distribute to more states some day. I don’t see myself going to Albany but you never know.

@@averagejoe716 I hope we do. I’d be pumped to get to try it. I don’t know about New York, but Ohio (maybe just Columbus?) has had a huge pickup in distro in the last year or two. We’re starting to get big name breweries from all over the country here. It’s pretty cool.

Yeah, that has happened here. Heck, we just got a drop of Angry Chair stuff here, which is wild. Another drop of Trillium. Just a lot of random breweries that you'd never expect to see. Cool stuff, for sure!

It's fantastic, man! The only two places that got any Fidens recently was The Beer Keep on Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo, and the Mortalis location on Niagara St. in Buffalo had preset mixed four packs to go. Outside of that, it's a rare treat in these parts! You'd love 'em, though. Cheers, buddy!
