Creativity is one of the key elements to being "successful" (Remember success is determined by you, not anyone else), with a list of other helpful traits. But this seems to jump out in this video. That creativity helped in creating a vision for fashion, a vision of "success" and that he trusted himself and backed himself when it needed to be done. I like this guy, even though I am not a fashion guru ;) and admire his determination, vision and creativity!!! Great vid, keep it up!!

Why was John Galliano exempted from this documentary? John Galliano was also an important and key person that kept Dior alive from the 90s to the 2000s. John Galliano also contibruted highly in creating some if not the most iconic pieces in modern times for the house of Dior

He wasn't. In the end of the video Galliano was mentioned to have been a designer in the House of Dior but had to be replaced due to a major incident that tarnished the brand.
