Engine/Exhaust sounds of the Honda Civics from the movie The Fast and The Furious
The engine and exhaust sounds were achieved trough editing all the different sound channels within the film by muting channels that contained music, speech etc.
Specifications:
The Civics are equipped with green neon underglow lights and both Vader-Style Bodykits as well as ViS Racing Bomber GT body kits along with black paint jobs. Under the hood is a B-series 1.8 VTEC engine (B18series) and is equipped with a T66 Turbo with a Nitrous kit. The Civics are also equipped with Mashimoto ZX tires.

The Civics had D15B VTEC since most Civics were EXs. No T66 turbos. T66 turbos are meant for cars like the Supra Mark III, Mark IV, Skyline GTRs and 350Zs etc. No NOS. No Spoon engines at all.

If I may correct since it’s 3 years since you mentioned, that gen Civic EX should have the D16Z6. My del Sol has one but I wish we had those D15Bs here more in the states, great-sounding motors!

God this is like music to my ears. I love the way these car sound (intake, BOV, turbo, exhaust) all sounds so good! I have a subaru WRX STI 2021 with a R400 catback and God i'm so in love with it! It's too bad these car sounds were recorded from other cars and heavily edited to fit the Fast and the Furious movie. They're not the real audio from the cars as Universal did not want to spend so much. Either way I still get eargasm listening to this. OMG!

Gamer Spy to make those noises in a civic you need; new transmission, turbocharge it, new exhaust,, a nitrous system, and most likely an engine swap... so we are talking some serious money for that, to find the exact parts you’d have to find someone that knows what cars they got the sounds from tho
