Love it much more when you teach weightlifting to an intermediate than to a beginner. These are those little things I don't see by myself. The cues definitely help me in my training, thanks

Dylan is a freakin beast. His technique is so good and consistent. Plus he can move a ton. Also Zack… one freakishly tall guy to another… try moving your hips and back in-tandem on the way out of the squat hole. Right now your hips rock up first and then the rest catches up. But I totally feel the pain of being a tall squatter (6’8”)

Impressive feat. I imagine there are a lot of football players who can sprint a fast 40 yard dash and squat a lot, but not many who have those levels of strength and endurance.

Super sick accomplishment! Combo of STRENGTH and ENDURANCE! Note: As a crossfitter, I absolutely HATE how crossfit calls the butterfly/kipping pull up a pull up. Call it a "Butterfly, or butterfly pull up." But NEVER call it only a "pull up." That is like calling a 10 inch box step up a 30 inch box jump over. Concept is very similar, but it is NOT the same.

I’ve worked out for a long time now. I am deep in CrossFit culture and have been in a number of different gyms. I’ve seen telander’s content around for awhile. Always liked him, but I’m just a casual fan here. What’s up with dropping the barbell ? The other guys warming up set it down softly, as I’ve always seen everywhere. Telander in this video and others drops his barbell the last foot. I know the barbell can take it, but it seems odd to me. Is it an oly thing?

Dylan said to use lats to pull the weight to your hips but that's not possible for heavy weights, most weightlifters do the double knee bend instead which is the bad position Dylan show.
