Good video, blue touchpoints aren't a indication where you put your hands or fingers it also indicated that its "cold swap" aka you cant remove it while system is running, Orange however means it can be "hot Swapped" aka you can remove it while system is running. this is how its Run in Dell systems and as far as i know HPE systems the reference design also indicates where we put the motherboards and how we set these all up. fans and the likes are best practices so independent from AMD or Intel

I'm actually looking to upgrade my current server...eyeballing the new Epyc stuff hard. Looking like the value proposition isn't there vs the Xeon stuff, though. Currently looking at a dual Xeon 2699v4 system for a few grand. Actually QUITE a lot of bang for the buck!

Jake's OK on his own, with no one to be obnoxious to. It feels like he's the junior employee who has taken winding up the boss a bit too far as he doesn't know his place, but I assume his personal and business relationship with Linus behind the scenes means that his place is a lot higher up than I'd imagine. I love everyone else, but Jake rubs me up the wrong way, probably because he reminds me of myself :D

You can easily thrash one of these when using it for software devolpment. Testing, and compiling take a lot of resources.

Go back to some of their older server videos. Any time they start up they go full blast for a few seconds. I have 4 (older ones) in my office, I wouldn't want to work with them on max but they're not too bad normally.
People said this experiment was impossible, so I tried it
