Not practical in a commercial gym. Squats with barbell. Push-ups , and deadlines with dumbells..

this wont be eazy to perform in a comercial gym... need 3 barbells 1 rack and 1 bench for the bench press thx anyways

That’s why I share different options that you can do in a commercial gym. You can use same concept but different exercises. For most people I program they have a home gym, or they do a commercial gym but one that has a lot of racks

Luka, if someone of my physio students or PT aspirants here in Czech ask me, what local or foreign fitness influencers I watching/ listening, I telling them, that I dont care about fitness influencers, I care about people who couching bunch of people every f..king day. And Luka, you are one of them. You doing great stuff here. Your videos are worth watching even years ago, like library. Thx😊
