IMO Serral is a great orthodox Zerg player, deflecting any kind of aggression &harassment to establish his lead, by his scouting info. But Rogue’s build is just unpredictable in this game. Faking &feeding almost every info to Serral’s OV. In rushing game every second counts a lot. Make me feel like Rogue is flexing his game instinct, playing with serral just like teasing cat with flashlight. (Serral is strong, in stable situation. Rogue is insanely terrifying, in strategic mind)

Most professionals and casters have stated continuously that Rogue is very unpredictable just because he is very good both macro and micro. Rogue stated after beating Solar in the semis that he is better than Serral and his confidence showed in these 2 series played today against him. Just saying that "unlikely to beat Serral in macro" is a joke in my opinion and takes away from the powerhouse that Rogue is this year and I'm not a Rogue fan but I respect his achievements.

Drone scouting is especially expensive for Zerg because not only are you losing income by not mining, you're losing a potential building, lost larva, and if the scout isn't for something amazing and nessicary you're gonna be playing on the back foot the entire time. Serral tried to gain the upper hand because he's so confident in his macro ability and tried to cut corners that he is so good at doing. Had he been able to reach mid-game it would've been a completely different series. Rogue just knew who his opponent was and won this battle before it even started.
