The Fastest KIA Ever | 2023 KIA EV6 GT | POV Drive & Review

This week I am driving one of the fastest EV's money can buy the 2023 KIA EV 6 GT. Its faster than a Ferrari Roma!
The Exterior looks almost the same as the normal no GT EV6 but it has green painted break calipers that give an extra sporty look. All models of the EV6 look very aggressive from all angles. The EV6 might have the least amount of range but it does make it for it with its near 600 horsepower
We lose some function on the interior with the GT trim. We lose the power adjusted seating and the ventilated front seats. Again the EV6 GT more than makes up for that when you put your foot down with a low 3 second 0--100 KM you are not going to care about power adjusted seats. The bucket racing seats that only come on the GT trim are essential since this thing is so fast you need a rigid seats to keep you in place so you can actually see where you are going.

Do not use ECO mode with iPedal together. It is contraproductive. ECO mode does basically 3 things: - disconnect front motor (that is, what should have made this most effective mode) - limit climate performance - decreate acceleromenter sensitivity Bu iPEDAL keeps the front motor connected. So you will not get that demanded range boost in eco mode with iPedal on. Use coasting / auto / whatever except ipedal. If you use iPedal with eco mode, it is basically not eco mode, it is like Normal mode with climate set to "low" If you disable that iPedal in eco mode.. you will get 10-15% more range :-)

I would assume you're in Canada with the accent and KMPH, I own this car here in Australia and its rated a little above 400km per 100% charge. Warmer weather helps I would assume, its there abouts the longest run I've done in this car is around 255 km which I did in Eco mode with no regen and I got approx 5.15km per KWh. Had 39% battery when I arrived (No range worries what so ever) and the lodging we stay at had complimentary level 2 charging. What I would like to know is it better doing a road trip like that in Eco or the same run in normal with max or auto regen? This trip did have some incline and decline to it. I might have to do the same run in that mode. FYI most of my trip was highway cruising at 105kmph. Good video mate and yes I love this freaking car, hope you drop the hammer and pick one up for yourself in the near future or you already have one by now.

The cameras do attract me to suv, to be able have a live feed when you put your turn signal on is great and this is a great suv abd not just for the speed, but great video

Umm, the car has a large set of charging cables, and a long chunky Vehicle to Load adapter, and an electric tyre pump plus lead, and a tyre repair spray can, and a heavy metal screw in towing eye, all of which take up quite a bit of room. Kia puts them under the false floor in the rear trunk, but the best place is to fit ALL this stuff in the front trunk, where it stays cool, and is always easy to get to, unlike the rear underfloor, which is often underneath the entire family's luggage and all the stuff you need for your holiday.... the two French fries comment was a bit daft, when you could have clued owners up on the usefulness of that space....

That Stuff Wont fit in my front storage (only a Notebook and mini charge cord barely) AWD and GT models have no real FRUNK. I would call it " Secret I Pad storage"😂😂😂
