Hey MoltenMetal, I was wondering at what times you usually play? I can't recall ever seeing you (Baradul) in years of playing while I've 'met' quite a number of Americans from the forums for instance. As your KZbin channel is your main work focus nowadays I guess you mostly play during the daytime (as evidenced by the daylight seen in your videos) but do you ever play at nights? That's really the only time I get to play, sometimes after work/dinner/putting the kids to bed etc. As for your question, as many Light Engines and new weapon goodies as my C-bill bank account allows, and yes I'm spacebuck poor atm. Yeah, the LFEs are the item in the civil war update that makes my Cbill wallet hurt the most. So far I've bought: * light 265 for my HBK-4G * light 280 for my CPLT-K2 * light 295 for my WHM-6R * light 330 for my KGC-000 * 2x light 350 went to my CP-11-P and BLR-1G * light 375 for my CP-10-Q I saved up just a bit over 40 million Cbills going into the civil war update, and then spent it all in less than 2 days. Mostly on LFEs. :P

my GI is running a 225 my BLR has a 350 and my whm-6R has a 265

What I've done is buy 1x LFE each of my most used engines(250/270/280/300/340) swapped them between mechs to see if it runs well, and if I really like that build then I buy a dedicated LFE for it. I guess I have 5 or 6 right now, mostly been swapping them between mechs since I'm a cheapskate. lol Also skill nodes and new tech hasn't been kind to your wallet. :p

I continue to enjoy and appreciate your commentary on these, especially when it comes to discussing tactics real-time. That second match was refreshing in how it played out - it was nice to see you explain a strategy and then guide it along; and...it worked! Obviously a bit of that depends on the organization of the enemy team, and their intel, which appears to have been lacking as well, but your push seemed well-timed and your guys did a good job working together. Kudos!

you might also try LPL in place of the snub nose. The MRMS mean you are going with more facetime anyway, and the LPL get you longer range and better heat management. just a thought.

Sorry, i'm just being funny. A KG to me is THE ballistic carrying monster and those claws are designed for spitting ballistic fury not tiny bullets lol. If you want an Assault to spew MRM's use an Awesome or a stalker. : )

I recently got an light 300 and light ferros armour, freed up enough tonnes for an lrm 5 and ammo plus a IStargeting computer 2, on my quad ac/5 King Crab. I like the ability to shoot lrms as a make my approch, don't feel so useless that way.

I put this build on my King Crab 000(L) for 7.5mill cbills and first map was Terra Therma - 700+ damage, it was beastly :)

You should try a Centurion AL with 2x heavy ppc and an XL 275. 30 damage alpha :)

Yes! They have that amazing range. Especially in slower Mechs or Mechs that need some safe distance they are great

hey baradul hast du einen tipp für mich? nimmst du mit shadowplay auf? ich hab die letzten 20 matches aufgenommen und wollt n bisschen was zusammen schneiden und hoch laden... aber irgednwie habe ich grad festgestellt das ich nur mit 720p aufgenommen habe, während ich mit 1080p zocke. in allen anderen games habe ich keine probleme... :/

Nee, mit Shadowplay kenne ich mich leider nicht aus. Ich nehme all mein Material mit OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) auf. DAs ist so das weitverbreiteste unter den Streamern und Gaming KZbinrn.

Hguns are kinda useless atm, in 1st PTS, my Arrow would deal nearly more 4.5dps than currently does. Lmguns however are rly good, no point in using regulars either.

I have no idea what goes on in their heads to run in front of an assault mech that is engaged with the enemy. Go around the assault mech idiots! Standing in between of 2 big mechs blasting each other you catch both their fire and die!
