Honestly, the fact that Impact is just always the most solid top laner in LCS history. He's held his own against everyone who's supposed to be a dominate top and always has had a massive presence in team fights. Even when he's stuck on weakside duty. Then you get the rare carry picks where he legit just smurfs on everyone. I don't understand how he's always out shadowed by all these top's where Impact is just usually put on weakside and still comes up with out plays and sometimes wins lane even when he's counter-picked and being dove and ganked all game. He not only has probably the biggest champ pool out of all top's but it's basically impossible to ban out Impact. Add in Jojo who's a dominate lane player and a mid level team fighter. With a pretty decent champ pool. Then sprinkle in Danny who's pretty shit in lane for the first 5 levels but a penta machine in team fights. And I'm pretty sure he can basically play any viable adc and get penta's. Vulcan who's just kinda balls to the wall insane and just dives in some sketchy times. But, he has also very crazy mechanical Gods behind his back that just be like sure let's fucking go. And they tend to out play the chaos started by Vulcan. Then there is Inspired who's a pretty solid jungler and seems to just communicate very well with the other teammates and seems to have a very similar style and is willing to just feed their penta machine as much gold as possible similar to how RNG fed UZI. And with him limiting his gold income because of that he still puts off insane carry potential. I think EG is insane and has such a high potential to play at a very high level. If they can clean up the early game for bot. I think they might be unstoppable. It'll be interesting to see JoJo play against all the other Mid-Laners and see if he can be as aggressive as he is without inting to the Mid-Jungle duo's. Because he tends to do that occasionally. I think it'll be important to clean up and protect his aggressive playstyle.

@@BareCash Legit he gets snuffed constantly on top ranking. He's by far the best top in NA and always has been. Even when alphari was here impact held his own vs him and always had better team fight presence but usually the rest of the team diff makes it hard to win.

EG went from sinning like hell in draft to actually jsut outdrafting everybody. game 1 they somehow end up with ornn jinx on blue side( which is 100t's fault), but in game 2 they actually picked mordekaiser in a game where morde is actually pretty decent and game 3 they also had a better draft. not only that, but EG also just stopped coin flipping for early heralds and dragons as much as they did and instead they trade them for farm and plates on danny and then they just let the kid carry. that guy is the best teamfighting ADC in the LCS. only issue they have is laning and if they keep laning botlane like they did in this finals they will lose the game in 15 minutes vs guma keria and gala ming

Even more so the region thing is complete bullwash, only way to tell who's a real world champion is by having a full split (Or a longer worlds) with everyone there. The drafts from EGs opponents felt so troll through out playoffs. It literally felt like abbedagge wasn't a champion game one and two. and then game three it was closers turn to troll the draft. This playoff run felt like EG just had half decent drafts for playoffs and nobody had any good answers for it. I know EG still had to have played well to win it all but none of those games felt clean. I don't know, It all just feels so weird man.

I just wanna agree with what has been said by all 3 of y’all on EG. They really are just playing with 0 fear and it shows. They have so much confidence in each other and themselves and it shows. I feel like EG could show up heavily at MSI. Obviously they have a LOT to work on, but im gonna be real. This play style is what NA needed to perform internationally. Not the scaling till 25 and trying to win then. That’s why C9 was able to play well at worlds, they stopped playing for scale and they went for aggression.

TF is supposed to enable a burst follow up to the stun. Still gets denied by TK, and you're spending a pick to enable the synergy when you could have picked a champion with damage to pressure the TK swallow instead.

The thing is that better teams just don't care. Tf getting the picks never amounts to much because he's not a carry, the best you can hope for is if tf can give the kill to the laner. You're swapping out a carry mid for a support mid which is not useful in these metas, esp when tank Champs like orn can just walk over tf and take no dmg He's also ass for objectives and team fight There's so much cc in the current meta if he try to flank, he just dies, even if he trades cc
