What's the value of having beefy credit net 30 accts besides working to boost ur paydex score? U can get BP 20-30k gas card net 30 and others, so hiw can u actually lev the total biz credit u acquired? It isn't BLOC which requires a mature biz, w/ docs, 2+ yrs. What is your funding sequence, or who did u follow for that. When u pull liquid from biz net 30 credit u mentioned have, how do u reliably earn yield from that and return it in time to utilize opm successfully? Is it just short term financing for RE flips u setup with ur partners?

Question. How do I request the secondary agencies/bureaus to either not report my info or remove everything outdated….to only have one name; address; phone #; Employer; etc. if the old addresses are correct then how do I get them removed. Any addresses that are older than 6 or 7 years should be removed . Why? What reason justifies removing old identity info and addresses ? Please answer ; I’m really struggling and there are accounts that aren’t accurate or aren’t the same on the 3 bureaus reports
