I’m wondering if you could send me some info on what tools I’ll need and a guide on how to swap it. Well there no much tools you need is torques sockets , E sockets , 10,13,17,19,21 mm sockets A engine lifter and a lift for your car

Hi, after the swap did you have to reprogram things like the ABS module, etc? I have a low mileage donor engine, a lift, most of the tools but I fear that part most as I dont have the tools to reprogram the electronics.

Usually if u replace only the engine you don’t have to reprogram anything

Should the fly wheel and the torque converter spin freely as having an issue an both seem to be spinning together so bolts won't line up

Well if there is no Way you can turn It ?! Than you have to remove the oil pan and release the rod and piston to turn the engine In case you remove the engine with torque converter than you will damage the seal from Transmission

Hi how are you ? Unfortunately for you those engines has a lot of problems specially at high mileage! More than probably you will need a new engine . I had a customer with same issues and the engine was bad

Hi I can tell you ! The hole for the bolds is on the right passenger side is a bit on the right you remove a rubber seal and you have a small hole to remove the bolts ! Or you can type on the goods m276 engine torque converter bolts location

When ita a 4 matic you have to lower the complete front axel because the driveshaft is going trough the oil pan

How did you reach the bolts at the top of the transmission housing? I have like 4 of them out and the top ones seem like they are impossible to reach. Did you lower the transmission to get them? (6:34) Not the ones behind the plastic cover inside the housing, but the ones that hold the transmission housing to the engine.

Man you need an extension and a swivel and attach the e14 to it and unscrew the bolts

Great video. Now I know what the oil pump pressure release solenoid looks like (8:21) - very useful. Do you happen to know where the oil pressure sensor is? Is it built into the oil pan? I ask as I cannot locate it even within the official Mercedes-Benz WIS parts catalogue, it may be part of the oil level sensor?

You can’t put v6 intend of 4l in line not v4 You literally have to replace everything transmission and wire harness and radiator You better go buy a 350 model
