I'll say it loud and proud. WE NEED TO BRING BACK X-CLASS RACING. Looks like a cheap route of entry and I'm all for it.

I'd say the yaw problem is caused by the props in props out configuration, if they were both in or both out I think it would solve that problem

It's crazy but once I built my first 7" quad I found that the bigger they get the more I like the way they fly. So I built a 8" skipped 9 and went to 10. Seems like x-class is almost forgotten about. People are afraid of regulations I guess?! I barely fly my 5" anymore. Next I wanna build a x8 10" super monster!! The only good thing about the Ukraine/ Russia conflict is monster quad parts are at a premium.... new quads are popping up everywhere. I got a set 3115 motors for like $52 bucks!!! I'd like to build a super premium parts quad and maybe check out one of your frames. I love your online store. You guys really have alot at good pricing. Gotta roll great vid my friend!!

Does the kit not come with the arm tubes? For carbon tubes, it states 2mm X 4, and 6mm X 4, but nothing larger than 6mm tubes.

Have you measured with gps how fast it is? Could this be a viable solution for grip racing race track chase? Since regular 5" has already issues after 100+kph max speed but also efficiency wise

As someone who has been interested in F1 my whole life I can appreciate coming up with a design that is a "loophole" (from what I can remember these were beating regular x-class) however it seems like there should be a minimum prop size. This build to me is just like a 5" with extra steps and doesn't really reflect the true nature of x-class. That's nice and all it uses components most people already have but I've always thought of x-class being larger, heavier, higher voltage, big props with that low pitch wooshing sound. X-class was always supposed to be more spectator friendly and I think this is kinda taking away from that and going back to watching gnats fly in small circles. Still a cool build regardless.
@headsupfpv4 ай бұрын
Agree with everything you said here! Would love for “true” x class to come back. These builds are still super cool imo, but nothing beat 12s and 13” props.
@b-radfpv97224 ай бұрын
I think these rigs killed X-class. true x-class rigs can not keep up. plus I don't understand why they let these rigs be legal. straight from the X-class rules. (Frame sizes are limited to 800mm to 1200mm motor-to-motor diagonally) those inside motors are not even close to 800mm motor to motor.
@X0X0LFertilizer6 күн бұрын
Would be insane if it was 12s with 6” props. Or even 8s with 5’s.

😂😂😂 how are you going to tune it??? Could use resin/epoxy to fix the arm. 2 arms for $15 aint bad.

Soo much cheaper then a traditional x class too. I can build 2 octoferry"s for the price of one 12s, 50v x class
