Had a neighbor recently get evicted. I talked to the property owner afterwards and they had 13 people living in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with only one person working. The grandmother used her social security disability income to cover the rent while all these other grown ass adults drank, smoked weed and fought almost daily. Poverty is a mindset that is a generational curse for many.

It can happen though! 2 months ago we had a Bailiff turn up at our house ( we own 3 houses...Our home, 2 holiday homes, and the Land they stand on, outright!!) He said we hadn't paid our taxes, and they would bring someone to change our locks if we didn't pay!! Horrified doesn't cover it. Why?? WE HAVE PAID EVERY PENNY AND OWE NOBODY A SINGLE CENT. We have everything on the computer, and Bank Statements in paperwork form ,too.!! We showed the Bailiff THIS SOLID PROOF OF OUR PAYMENTS, RIGHT UP TO DATE , and called the Police and our Lawyer. He left, to return the next week. RESULT....WE HAVE BEEN PROVEN DEBT FREE AND INNOCENT. The Tax people had changed offices, and not updated our Tax payments on their files!!! They were given a deadline to sort this out, by the Lawyer, After that date, we will sue for slander and defimation of Character. They admit it's totally THEIR ERROR. (Bailiffs were cancelled. I should bloody well think so.😡😡) The Lawyer , and we, are ringing weekly to harass them into correctly completing the paperwork. Because no-one else will advocate, for us, better than ourselves. Furious!!! It was the most frightening thing, being threatened with being kicked out of our home unjustly. Especially when our youngest son is disabled , and totally dependent on his wheelchair, hospital bed and Aids to function on a daily basis. Proof of payment, folks!

The dad wants to run his mouth because his daughter is getting evicted but he ain't willing to send her any money to pay her rent! And he has no right to be talking crazy to the process server! The process server is a neutral party and has no control over it. He ain't there because he likes evicting people! He's there to do his job! Periodt!!!!

This happened on October 7th 2020. You can hear the woman talking on the phone being told to the court date was on September 14th. The eviction moratorium began September 4th. How did they even get an eviction order?
