I have the Feelworld LUT7S monitor. Which has a 7-inch 4K 2200 nit screen. So, I can speak to the quality and brightness of these Feelworld monitors. Either the LUT5 or LUT7S model would be a no brainer choice. For wireless video transmission, I have the Hollyland Mars 400S. A wireless video transmission system with a Feelworld monitor is a great combo for filmmaking.

This monitor looks perfect with this improved brightness, but it has lost the external usb c power supply which would have made the product lighter. I regretfully returned the more economical Feelworld F6 Plus 5.5 Inch DSLR Camera Monitor model because the microhdmi of the Sony ZVE10 seemed very fragile to me to support the weight of the Hdmi cord. The weight of the Feelword lut5 plus the NP960 battery plus the video receiver must be relatively large. thanks a lot, Marc

Hello. After reading your notes did ordered and received and now connected very soft special HDMI to HDMI Micro cable (from SmallRig co.). Yes you right supplied with monitor is not flexible at all.
@avrfilms321011 ай бұрын
Great video Mark. What light are you using to mount on the back of the monitor? and what HDMI cord did you end up buying...kind of a hit and miss on these with my Sony A7S3. Cord to short, bulky, etc. Do you like hooking up power to your camera too or is it too much cord say on a Ronin-SC2? Any Links you can provide would be a bonus.

@@MarkBennettCameraCrisis do you recommend “XAVC HS 4K 24p 100mb 4:2:2 10bit.”? Or the regular 4K?

I like that monitor, but it has a very visible delay, I have verified your demo, you will tell me with a second monitor??. Finally I ended up opting for a device that does the same as that, the Accsoon, which I have verified does not have a delay, at least I do not appreciate it. Thanks for your time. Greetings

I have this monitor. I love it but hate how loud it gets sometimes when the fans turn on.
@MarkBennettCameraCrisis2 жыл бұрын
Yeah. Great for outdoors - indoors the fan can be a problem depending on your setup.
@RoyFlorez2 жыл бұрын
@@MarkBennettCameraCrisis I agree! Outdoor use it’s awesome! Indoor use in my small studio aka bedroom, it can be a problem when I’m doing certain videos. If I have the mic boomed away, it’s not a problem. It’s for my unboxing videos that I do where I can hear the fans blowing, haha.

don’t forget you can turn the fan down manually - that’s what I did for the vid

Hello. Finally received this LUT5,5 monitor and batteries. After first started was really surprised with nice brightness and sharpness. In camera (ZV-E10 with Sony 15mm F1,4) video mode the screen shows all 5,5 inch screen. BUT with camera in photo mode only center screen displayed and lots space around is in black. And my camera screen always OFF but I can see all information (and menu also) in monitor. Could't found how I can see in photo mode full screen monitor. Please help. Thank you.

@alexgoriatchenkov11 ай бұрын
@@dlquddh7 Hello. Nothing can do. Just use it as it IS. This 5,5 " monitor targeted mostly for the video, so for photos a bit smaller screen...to me it works anyway. For sunny brightest days best monitor for money you spend.

thank you for the review! do you have a high pitch noise coming out the monitor when it's powered on? (especially you can hear it when the fan is off)
@lucasnunes5216 Жыл бұрын
with my unit happens the same, a electirc noise, even when I set monitor fan to 0.
@cosmonaut1961 Жыл бұрын
@@lucasnunes5216 so I did a couple of tests. Powered it from the power supply and a bunch of different batteries. Then I even ordered another brand new monitor to check if the noise comes out of other units or only my. Also contacted the manufacturer about it. Apparently it's the construction issue. And all of the units make the sound.

File systems for SD are not correct. It's either NTFS ot FAT, two different, not compatible fikesystems. I bet it's FAT32, not NTFS. Also on Mac it's usually exFAT for SDS >32GB
@MarkBennettCameraCrisis2 жыл бұрын
for mac it’s not exFAT. I had to format it for the review. MS DOS Fat is what works on on cards >32GB. I didn’t expect it either - but that’s the case. and from my understanding, NTFS and Fat32 work in Windows. You’re probably right about FAT32 being the likely choice - but I’m not running windows so I can’t confirm
