I remember when I first saw the 250 GTO...10 seconds was all it took and it was my all time favorite car. I think the reason why my generation has a fascination for all things modern is quite simply because we've never been exposed to these cars, we never grew up seeing cars like the 250 GTO or anything I list. We grew up seeing Skylines and Lambos. I think you'd be surprised how many people my age do love these cars. That said, you're right...far too many don't even know about these amazing cars. this is DSLR quality, Orlando is probably right a 80D or something standard. The shot I don't get is the interior shot. This guy is on it and no camera shake. How did he do that? Strapped a monopod down? No gimbal could do that.

The 250GTO was the first car I ever fell in love with. A 1/32 scale Revel slot car was my first. Still absolutely gorgeous. The '63 is my favorite year.

I don't normally like older Ferrari cars, but when I do, they are impossible to own.

Not for the wealthy. Some people can't afford a Yugo.

I'm in the Testarossa range right now. But lets say I did sell a few properties and slept in a tent... I still can't have this car. Wealth can't get you everything. Some automobiles are impossible to own.
@mikewalker203510 жыл бұрын
walperstyle the problem isnt money its rarity. just trying to find some to sell you one would be a huge challenge
@vinpetrol659010 жыл бұрын
walperstyle Just don't buy a Testarossa. It's the ugliest Ferrari, perhaps even the ugliest car ever made. Unless you meant the 250 Testarossa in which case you'd have to sell your properties and live in a Tent too :D

While the F40 is in my opinion, still the greatest Ferrari ever made this one is certainly a very close second!
@adam1othman10 жыл бұрын
Paperairpain this is a car that was designed for the track, actually road racing so yes it will be amazing on the street but its not like hoping in a 330 gt you've really got to drive these cars hard just to get the temp up to an acceptable level and so you can drive these cars on the street but best enjoyed on an empty road like this.... or a track much like the f40
@adam1othman10 жыл бұрын
i agree.... but any ferrari from this era will be better in terms of feel... although i admit that this is the greatest car ferrari ever made my favourite is the 196s dino of the late 50's as that engine was designed by vitorrio jano
@niranjunnu10 жыл бұрын
RootsRockRebel You expect to come on this video and comment about F40 and expect to get away with it? F40 is a completely different era buddy, its the 250 GTOs grandchild. Can you compare LaFerrari with F40? According to me the LaFerrari is the best car on paper and on land. But this GTO beats that too!

Nice to see the car being driven properly , im a Porsche fan at heart but i have to say the GTO looked and sounded fantastic you did great .

WOW. Sound of heaven. Blows me away every time I hear an historic Ferrari. We've lost so much in noise and sound because of today's over computed mechanical perfection

its pretty cool knowing that this world famous car made its debut at the 12 hours of sebring because i live in sebring about 5 miles away from the track.

I wanna take a moment to admire the set of steel nuts this man has to absolutely ravage a $40 million car 🙇🏽♂️🙇🏽♂️🙇🏽♂️

@Wesley Seqhobane - I wouldn't say he was ravaging it, more like driving it the way it was designed to be driven - precisely, carefully and with respect for its abilities. The man is the son of the late world famous driver, Phil Hill, so I'm sure he is more than capable of protecting this valuable bit of history.
