It needs a belt service every 4-5 years, at a cost of around $10K. This car had that service done, plus many more items that are not frequently needed. A $10K service every 4-5 years works out to $2-3K a year in cost. If you can't afford $2-3K a year in running costs, you probably shouldn't be looking for a V12 Ferrari.

I like it, its a beautiful gran tourer with gorgeous proportions. In Europe they are starting at 65.000 EUR (73.000 EUR dollars), wich is really cheap for a Ferrari. I dont know how good is the reliability? If its really only a few grand a year, then this is THE car to have! And that sound, oh man! Love it!

@joshuakhaos44513 жыл бұрын
by the end of the decade, there won't be anything that's slightly cool and affordable. All these auction sights for newer cars are going to be the end of owning anything fun. and if the RPM act clears, you can kiss all of car culture good bye. It will then become a thing of the rich. investment minded people is also another tragedy that has befallen the car world. it's never about buying a car you like and driving it, it always turns into hoarding and creating the next bubble to make a killing. it's why I had the classic car collectors. and frankly anyone who views their cool cars as a bank account and not as something to be shared with the younger generations.

@MultiWalrus13 жыл бұрын
When the car came out I was put off by the front end treatment, that scoop carved into the bonnet with the ridges at the sides. It was designed to mimic older Ferraris and it felt to me like a bit of a throwback and overly nostalgic. I always thought the rest of the car looked good, and now that I consider the design, I think it's ageing pretty well.

That or the 599 GTO? Almost the same front end, different side profile and rear.

Now that TDU3* has been announced it is perfect timing to see this lovely car once more. Oh and I also see a few "DeMuro Cars" dealerships in ATS* too, so that is yet another spooky link to games I love XD * Test Drive Unlimited *American Truck Simulator

I got to drive one of these in 2008. It was black with a GATED MANUAL!! transport. It was a ton of fun. I drove a 430 Scuderia with the F1 trans a few weeks later and the 612 was a lot more fun. I drove a 612 with the F1 and it was still a great car but with the same transmission the Scuderia was more fun but there's nothing like a gated manual especially when hooked to a V-12! 😁😁😁
