I didn't put the math on-screen, but the calculation is ((wet-dry)/wet)*100 = % water weight.

Malting is certainly the most difficult part to do at home with limited equipment, no ? Looking forward the next steps!

I've done a few small batches and it's not too bad after the first two days. The soaking procedure can involve some non-ideal sleep scheduling.

You got a captured yeast that goes higher than 90% attenuation? That is impressive!
