Being a BS TV analyst is a more secure and less stressful job than being an actual coach (if you're good enough as BSing). Similar to all the ex-politicians who step down to be know-it-alls for the cable news channels.

As a Michigan alum I want an OC who wants to be an OC at Michigan. I want a coaching staff that's like Georgia's or Alabama under Saban: stable, maintaining a culture. Harbaugh had a stable staff for these past 3 years, which blew up when he left.
@crett581913 сағат бұрын
I would not say it blew up. Harbaugh but took them when he left. It is blown up but mainly because of inexperienced OC, O line, and terrible QB play.
@BrianJohnsonArmwrestling11 сағат бұрын
It blew up because they got caught cheating an now they can't. There has NEVER been a college coach win a national title then leave for the NFL and take his staff with him. That's sketchy ass shit. There will forever be an asterisk next to that championship

@@BrianJohnsonArmwrestlingStalions was there in 18’, 19’ & 20’ and they weren’t winning…then Michigan won the National Championship by 21 points and covered the spread against FIVE top 20 teams in its final six games, all after Stalions resigned…but yeah I’m sure the guy who can’t even coach a HS team was the reason for their success and not the multiple NFL draft picks and NFL coaches 🥴. Harbaugh left because he wanted to win a Super Bowl and he accomplished what he wanted to at Michigan and that was to win a Natty. Now he’s doing good in the NFL and currently has the best defense in the league (let me guess that’s also Stailions fault) lmao. It's premature to blame this all on Moore. Moore's supporting cast has been abysmal. Give Sherrone some time to address the staff (either work with them in the offseason, or replace them) and THEN we can make those judgements.

He's one of if not the best play caller in the sport. His interpersonal skills are just some of the worst in existence. He somehow angers everyone around him at every place he's ever been. He has unbreakable loyalty to the few coaches that can stand him. These coaches tend to be so low-quality that after Mullen got fired, they couldn't land a college coaching gig. His offensive line coach had to get a job at Lowes to pay the bills because no one wanted him. Also, I think he's too proud to take OC jobs, but we'll see.

U don't know the behind the scenes bad culture he had at Florida. It's not that he didn't recuit well. Hie recruits did develop. He had a top 9 class, but only 2 or 3 developed. His assts always overruled him, had someone on his staff talk bad about the players that transferred, and had a bad relationship with UAA and Boosters. He tore down relationships with high school football coaches and was very disorganized. His only positive was he could make a good offense plan.
