I eat lots of dairy im 5 foot 7 Im 150lbs since high school , I havent eaten veggies for over 15 years I have a 6 pack and less than 10% body fat im healthy as fuck and it really freaks out my doctors when i tell them i havent had any veggies for over 15 years now but am deficient in no vitamins other than a slight D deficiency.....I eat fruit and meat and dairy and wheat products.... NO VEGGIES not because they are "good for you" but rather I hate the taste of plant material and the texture of plant material most fruits i even have an issue with unless they are sweet more than they are fleshy ....wonder what my deal is.
