You can’t teach heart, but you can LEARN heart. ‘Heart’ - or Courage (“cor” is the latin word for heart), is not the absence of fear, but showing up in spite of it. You learn it - by not making excuses and running away when hardships and pain show up at your door. You learn it - by being accountable and standing your ground when faced with a difficult situation. You learn it - by admitting your vulnerability, and eating humble pie. Sure, it is embarrassing to fail. Your ego gets a little crushed, some people may laugh at you. But you can live through these things. Every struggle you’ve gone through only strengthens and expands your 'heart-muscles'. Most times, what you fear doing most is what you need to do. Pain can give you clarity. Even if the outcome turns out bad, you can walk away with a deeper understanding and insight about yourself. You only come out worse if you make excuses and give up. Your conscience will remind you of it every time you look into the mirror. Going through hardship is the best way to learn what your heart is made of. And going through it without making excuses and quitting, is how you build courage and strength of character. Don’t fear failure. Fear never knowing what your heart is capable of. P.s. Have you ever wondered what allows legends to strike the way they do? I have thought about this closely for the last 2 years and I am very eager to share my thoughts on this soon. It is the biggest project I have ever done and I have put a tremendous amount of work into it. Stay tuned for what makes "LEGENDARY STRIKING"

If you HAD TO honestly list the following martial arts/combat styles from most to least useful and effective in A REAL 1v1 unarmed FIGHT, with number 1 being the most effective/useful, how would list these: Judo, BJJ, Wrestling, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Boxing, Kickboxing, MuayThai, Aikido, and Tae Kwon Do.
