The voice actor is a quiet shy guy so he struggled to be Asta and keep the energy he said in the interview. But as time went on he said he changed from Asta the character and like adapted the character in a sense so he’s now natural I guess going into recording as Asta’s voice.

@@saitamasensei6670 not really. The animation was kind of bad for the majority of the episode. I wish this episode could've had the same animation as episode 100, but apparently studio pierrot doesn't give a lot of budget or animators for this show, so I understand why the animation looked iffy. Despite this, the episode was still great and had awesome moments.

The moment with Asta reflected in Nero's eyes was such a nice and touching detail. Nero has watched his growth since the beginning, before the show even started, as a young boy training everyday in the remnants of the demon skull to become someone great. And it is all paying off right now as Asta fulfills her wish of destroying the devil and takes a big step towards fulfilling his own wish to become the wizard king

Yami surprising the boys, then Yuno saving my boy, Secre/Asta flashbacks making me cry, and then finally Asta with his epic finisher.. this 3 minute sequence was so fucking amazing.. Thank you to Tatsuya Yoshihara and the crew for making this episode work even on such a tight schedule! ☘️
