New information in patents shows that Nintendo is possibly LITERALLY working on a controller with NO BUTTONS! The idea is that the controller for the NX itself has a touch screen that has virtual buttons that can be moved to any location on the controller.

3D Land isn't exactly the same kind of 3D Mario game we're talking about here. The kind of 3D Mario game here is one with free-roaming action with no time limits on the levels, no linear level choosing, a hub world, and multiple goal starts to get in each level.

Actually Nintendo's floor space is really big compared to the rest. Their decision for doing this is different, but they still hold a large presence there. All press will get special hands on demonstrations and business stuff, while the gamers will get to play on the showfloor or at Best Buy and watch Nintendo Direct. They still have games they have yet to announce but the games we do already know of are big system sellers. Fitting in line that Nintendo is doing a relaunch.

The Wii U basic is being pulled for the obvious reason that the 32Gb deluxe version is a better deal and sells better, they also said they're replacing the basic model with a 32gb white version.

Not really… it looked a lot like Galaxy, the levels were linear just like Galaxy. The flagpoles were just stars in disguise. Hell, a lot of the music was ripped straight from Galaxy. They just added MORE 2D Mario stuff by getting rid of the life bar and using the 2D "life system." It still plays a lot like Galaxy.

I think Watch Dogs will be cool on the Wii U. Having a map on the screen, and the you could just tap different things in the environment to interact with them like messing up a traffic light by tapping it on the Wii U gamepad.

I agree with this video, but hang on, please don't say we're going to get "another Mario Galaxy." We're going to get another 3D Mario game made by the same team, but it's very unlikely to be a third Mario Galaxy. It'll likely be a brand new 3D Mario. They've stated before a third one would be hard because the second game was already a game made from ideas that didn't make the first game. It'll be something entirely new, I HOPE it's something entirely new.

I'm optimistic that it's going to be a new game, simply because they already made 3D Land, a sign they stepped away from Galaxy and are leaving it alone. And indeed, I really liked Sunshine. I moved about 2 months ago and re boxed it...its still in the box...I think its a good system however i think its a generation behind. This is what should of came out in the first place instead of the original Wii.

? No I'm not, I'm listing reasons on how the 3D Mario games could improve. I didn't say the new 3D Marios are bad, they're just too linear. Anybody who played the older 3D Marios would tell you that what was once a 3D game about exploration has been reduced to simply walking past a bunch of levels to get to the end point, while trying to be way too nostalgic. Or… because Nintendo know that doing a press conference is pointless. Having a bunch of awkward guys (I speak for ALL of them, not just the Nintendo guys) on-stage with memorized script cues to try and get the press excited for their products is something they don't care about doing, even if it's always been done. And yes, they will have booths to demo their games, on the show floor AND at Best Buy stores. Nothing wrong with that. You DO, after all, buy a system to play games on it.
