Delete the vats maybe. That’s what i had to get done, when I tried to crank mine it wouldn’t because the fuel pump wouldn’t run. After I got the vats deleted never had another problem

GROUNDS ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD/NEAR THE CAM SENSOR!!! I bet money on either of those. One ground on the passenger head controls the throttle body harness, the other ground near the cam sensor is for the ecu. Both will cause it not to start if loose or broken. After installing my 6.0, it would not start. Had a security message on the dash and it wouldn’t start no matter what. Checked everything like you did. Found the ground on the back of the motor near the cam sensor was loose. Tightened it up and it solved the problem. Had a similar issue with the throttle body ground when it had broke. CHECK THOSE!!

That’s a VATS issue. I like the standalone route but I can almost guarantee that VATS needs to be tuned out

Also check the ground that’s down by the driver side motor mount, it will not start without that either, and it’s Easy to look over

I mentioned in another comment, but if you somehow ended up with a gen 4 timing cover it has a big bulge in it for vvt, it will not start because it will put the cam sensor out of range, with a Holley system it will run, but stay in limp Mode, if this is your issue

The little eyelet by the steering box will make it do everything you are having problems with 1 wire

I was fixing a cbr for my cousin I had to re wire the harness and when it was all done I could get spark or the fuel pump to run so I checked the relays and tried diagnosing everything I could to figure out why so I asked my cousin what else u do to this thing and he mentioned an after market ignition and to make a long story short lol I plugged the old one in and that bike fired right up sounds like the same issue you’re having i think the guys talking about that VATS system are on to something. But cool vids looking forward to more

Like how he’s a bow tie believer but it’s gonna be funny if he says it was a 30 second fix keeping it from starting. But agreed stand-alone is better for the tuning aspect

We already did that. Still nothing, like I said we have done everything that has been recommended.
