Bulls won 6, Lakers won 3, My Rockets won 2, and the Spurs Was able to get one in 99! But, there were so many teams that were VERY close to picking some of these. Suns, Knicks, Pacers, Jazz, Sonics, Blazers. A lot of the bulls NBA finals series were down to just one Clutch Play by the Bulls! 🔥 Paxson in 93, Jordan in 98 Etc! For the rockets, Just imagine if Olajuwon DIDN’T block John Starks 3 in Game 6, the Knicks might have taken one of the rockets titles away, SO GLAD that block happened! 🔥 Olajuwon my favorite Center to play!

@@Biggrittzimagine if Jordan never retired and the Rockets played against the Bulls in the finals.
@AsukasSlave23 күн бұрын
@@n1c704 I believe the Bulls would have lost in either 94 or 95 to the Rockets. The Rockets didn't have anyone that could have stopped Jordan, but the Bulls didn't have anyone who could stop Hakeem. Jordan did come back in '95 after all-star break, and they lost to the Magic...the same team the Rockets swept in the finals that same year. Now, we all know that wasn't the same Jordan, but the Rockets were a very well-rounded team just like the Bulls. It would come down to who would have the bigger impact: Hakeem or Jordan, and I think the Rockets win one of those series. Hakeem was the best center during that small stretch, which included Robinson, Shaquille, Ewing, etc. and Jordan's Bulls never had a dominant center. Jordan puts Hakeem on his all-time starting 5 for what it's worth. Would have been one of the best series of all time

If anything, they should've started showing the NBA on NBC back in the mid 80s. Think of what they would've shown if it wasn't on CBS----the last Bird vs Magic NBA finals, the dawn of the Bad Boys, Bird's steal, the hayday of the Bulls-Pistons rivalry, the shot and the beginnings of several great careers (Stockton, Miller, Ewing, Malone etc).

Nothing beats looking back at remembering the real true golden era of pure professional 🏀 basketball greatness of the NBA ON NBC (1990-2002). Amazing 12 telecast Year run that began on November 3rd, 1990, then it ended at June 12th, 2002. - This was way back when superstars don't need to be jumping around to form super teams from where we all had Real players, real passion, real defense, real sportsmanship, real love for the game before the old school dream team era ended in 2003 then it went downhill becoming known as the modern soft era. 1992 is where I grew up with the league along with my favorite childhood flim Space Jam released on 11/15th 1996. No matter what happens in the league of the here & now, I'm still a loyal Chicago Bulls fan. Teamwork, Defense & Perseverance win NBA Championships🏆. Thanks For The Incredible Memories. The In - Season & Play - In Tournaments?! Today's NBA as we all know it just went way too soft. 22 years has passed & it's sad that we'll never see an NBA team 3-peat again. The 1990's to early 2000's will always be the golden era of NBA Basketball.

The sad end of the very best, and ultimate golden era of basketball. The Clippers and Grizzlies could play each-other, and NBC could still have somehow found a way make that game seem epic, like it was Game 7 of the NBA Finals, or at least close to it! That, and made you want to go outside and play some basketball as soon as you were done watching it on that great channel. It's too bad they can't take back the NBA, while ESPN should just have the NHL once more. That of which was the ONE sport they actually DID do right (unlike the other three), but unfortunately no longer have!

NBC made a huge mistake back then, not riding out the "after Jordan" trail. If one thing history had shown us, and obviously the suits at NBC didn't understand is..."there is ALWAYS another". If they had rode it out, LeBron was just 4 years away.
